구글 플레이 스토어에 서비스를 하다가 Google Play Developer Console에서 서비스하던 어플리케이션이 "서비스 중지", "경고-앱 중 하나에 문제가 발생했습니다" Play 스토어에서 한 개 이상의 앱이 삭제되었습니다"라는 경우를 확인한 경우와 아래와 같은 내용의 이메일을 받았을 때의 대응법 입니다
오랜시간 소스코드 개발에 시간을 투자해서 개발 완료한 어플리케이션이 어느날 갑자기 서비스가 중단 된다면 많이 당황하게 됩니다
당연한 이야기이지만 라이센스 계약없이 유명캐릭터를 불법 카피하거나 모방했을경우 캐릭터라이센스를 보유하지 않았을경우 서비스중인 App이 구글에의해 일방적으로 중지되는 경우가 있습니다
그런데 적법한 라이센스를 보유하고 있는경우에도 중지되는 경우가 있는데요 이러한 경우는 이의제기를 통해서 복구하는 방법이 있습니다 이메일을 받은경우 구글은 Google Play Support <googleplay-developer-support+no-reply@google.com> 이런 계정을 사용하기 때문에 이메일로 문의하기가 어렵습니다

앱이 명의 도용 및 지적재산권 정책과 개발자 프로그램 정책에 열거된 다른 정책을 모두 준수하는지 확인합니다. 앱에서 정책 문제가 또 발생하면 추가 조치가 취해질 수 있음을 염두에 두시기 바랍니다.
개발자 콘솔에 로그인하고 새 패키지 이름과 새 앱 이름을 사용하여 정책을 준수하는 앱을 제출합니다.
콘텐츠 사용 권한이 있으면 어떻게 해야 하나요?
Google 지원팀에 문의하여 콘텐츠 사용이 정당함을 알립니다. 정당함을 알리기 위해서는 앱에서 콘텐츠를 사용할 수 있도록 허가를 받았다는 증거나 다른 법적으로 타당한 이유를 제공하는 등의 과정이 수반되어야 할 수 있습니다.
성격을 불문하고 추가 정지가 발생하는 경우에는 개발자 계정이 해지되며 관련 Google 계정에 대한 조사 및 해지로 이어질 수 있습니다. 계정이 해지되면 지급이 중단되며, Google에서 과거 판매 수익을 회수하고 관련 수수료(예: 지불 거절 및 거래 수수료)를 부과할 수 있습니다.
정책을 검토했으며 이번 정지가 실수라고 생각되면 Google의 정책 지원팀에 문의하세요. 영업일 기준 2일 이내에 직원이 연락을 드릴 것입니다.

After review, 서비스 게임명, com.service_account.gamepakagename, has been suspended and removed from Google Play as a policy strike because it violates the impersonation policy. Your app is identical to an existing app on the Play Store.
Next Steps
Read through the Impersonation policy for more details and examples of policy violations.
Make sure your app is compliant with the Impersonation and Intellectual Property policy and all other policies listed in the Developer Program Policies. Remember additional enforcement could occur if there are further policy issues with your apps.
Sign in to your Developer Console and submit the policy compliant app using a new package name and a new app name.
What if I have permission to use the content?
Contact our support team to provide a justification for its use. Justification may include providing proof that you are authorized to use the content in your app or some other legal justification.
Additional suspensions of any nature may result in the termination of your developer account, and investigation and possible termination of related Google accounts. If your account is terminated, payments will cease and Google may recover the proceeds of any past sales and/or the cost of any associated fees (such as chargebacks and transaction fees) from you.
